Whisper Creek® Tennessee Sipping Cream® was born from a passion for doing things differently. Originally created by Borchetta Spirits & Beverage Company EVP Jeff Pennington in 2011, the goal was simple: craft a true whiskey-based cream liqueur that honors Tennessee’s rich distilling heritage while bringing something entirely new to the table. Working alongside acclaimed chef Deb Paquette, we developed a recipe that highlights the natural character of whiskey, layered with notes of caramel, vanilla, and burnt molasses, then blended with distinctly Southern flavors like fig, sorghum, smoked pecan, apple, and persimmon.

The result is a smooth, rich sipping cream with a lighter taste and a flavor profile that stands apart from traditional cream liqueurs. While our Original expression celebrates the depth and warmth of whiskey itself, we’ve expanded the lineup with indulgent flavors like Mocha and Peanut Butter Chocolate.

Crafted in Nashville, every bottle reflects a commitment to quality, creativity, and Southern tradition; right down to its bottle design inspired by milk jugs.
