Ingredients (makes two pies)
16 oz. light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp dark molasses
½ cup Whisper Creek®
12 oz. pecan chips
4 eggs
Instructions
Add the corn syrup, sugar, and butter to a small-to-medium pot and bring to a boil, stirring often. Allow the mixture to cool for 3–5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled mixture with the vanilla, dark molasses, Whisper Creek®, pecan chips, and eggs, and mix well. Fill two 9" deep-dish pie shells. Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until done.
